My Family just got back from their vacation to Nauvoo on Tuesday. While they were out, I began practicing my cooking skills. It's something that I'd like to get good at but never really took the time to practice. I felt like I was doing quite well. So I decided to have dinner ready for them when they arrived. If it's not too bold to say, I think I did a fantastic job. The night before, Sjandi and I went to a lake out in Scofield to catch some crayfish. I had recently gone out there with my cousin Isaac and he showed me how it was done. We caught a whole bunch of them and took them home for my family dinner. We prepared it with potato salad and corn on the cob. So, we're pretty awesome.
